Vertical Aviation Investments, Inc (VAI) is the leading aviation company that specializes in vertical transportation solutions. VAI, with its Helicopter To division, is the only company with a global functioning mobile app with established businesses in 5 countries worldwide having more than 20 landing zones (LZ) for its own exclusive pick-ups and drop offs.
In 2023 the board unanimously voted to raise $250 Million via equity private placement offering. It is the Founding Chairman, Bermun McGhee, vision and goal for VAI to be a cash heavy and low debt organization. VAI is currently debt free and own current aircraft and other assets out right.
Vertical Aviation Investments will purchase an additional 15 helicopters to add to current fleet. This will allow VAI to go fully operational at all locations and begin phase 3 of the Chairmans’ 5 phase vision plan for VAI.
VAI anticipates the evolution of electric vertical take-off (EVTOL) capabilities will be coming out within the next 5 years. However, VAI remains concerned that there are some serious safety and operational challenges that will face the development of that sector that have yet to been seen but are inevitable and unavoidable. VAI will be flexible and adaptable as necessary.
VAI has begun its construction of its training facility in Alabama. Upon completion it will be a 10,000sq foot hangar with 12 offices. This will serve as an internal training center for VAI employees and contractors as well as an aircraft maintenance facility.
Currently it is 50% complete and is expected to completed in the 2th quarter of 2025. In 2020 VAI setup its headquarters for HR in its hangar in Atlanta, GA and began the hiring process of staff. VAI main office is on Wall Street in New York City. VAI has also started the production of several commercials in Los Angeles that A-list stars and producers participate in for the production. VAI is continuing to improve software for its proprietary and patient pending helicopter rideshare application development.
